Back in the 80s, John Elway used to play football for the Denver Broncos. My dad was a huge fan of the team. We didn’t have money for a lot of things growing up, but my dad always had season tickets to the Broncos games. One year for my birthday, my dad took me to see a game. It was a two-hour drive to Denver, but I was excited the whole way. It was one of the only times I can remember having quality time with my dad. He was excited to tell me about the game and show off his football heroes. We spent all day in Denver, even after the game was over. The Denver Broncos won the game and it was a huge blow out. My dad took me to a steakhouse and I had a beer for the first time in my life. Even 30 years later, I can’t stop thinking about the time my dad took me to a Denver game. It is still one of the best memories from my childhood. I often think about taking my own children to a game, but it’s extremely cold during football season and I would rather sit at home where it is warm. I love watching the game, but nothing beats the comfort of my own home and central heating system. If I’m cold, I can adjust the heat. I also get food made from the best wife in the world and beers that don’t cost $5 each. Someday maybe the kids will want to see a game, but right now I’m happy to stay home and watch in the living room.

The climate in Denver is somewhat unusual.

Much of that is due to the altitude. Denver enjoys warm summers and cold winters with very little humidity. There isn’t much precipitation in Denver, although many people believe the area has snow 12 months out of the year. This is not true at all. Denver has relatively comfortable weather throughout the entire year. Denver is the perfect place for hiking, camping, and overnight backpacking. My friends and I enjoy being outdoors. We decided to go camping a couple of months ago and it was still the middle of spring. I was worried about the overnight temperatures, but the weather was forecasted to be clear with very little clouds. My friends and I found a place to camp as soon as the sun started to set. When the sun went down, it started to get much colder. We started a fire, but we didn’t let it burn through the night. That is the kind of mistake that new campers make and then there is a forest fire destroying millions of acres of land in days. Of course, with now fire or heat, we were all shivering. By midnight, I was ready to go home. It was 60 during the day, but the overnight low was close to freezing. I didn’t want to be anywhere near the campgrounds and we were stuck in the middle of the cold weather with nowhere to go. The only thing that saved me from hypothermia was the extra sweatshirt I pack for emergencies. I always spill something down the front of my shirt.

It’s a bummer for my roommate and I, because we are so close to the end of our lease

My friend and I share a two bedroom apartment in Denver, Colorado. It’s about five miles away from my job, but I can get there very easily using the metro station. My roommate works even closer to the apartment. He sells marijuana at a dispensary. Legal weed is another great reason to live in Colorado! I’ve lived in Colorado most of my life, but both of us recently moved to Denver. The rates for a Denver apartment can be extremely high. My friend and I pay $2,200 for a two-bedroom apartment. The apartment community has a few amenities like a swimming pool, sauna, game room, and fitness center. Last month the owner of the apartment building updated all of the HVAC systems. My roommate and I were inconvenienced for the day while the Denver HVAC company installed the new equipment. The new heating and AC equipment works much better and the apartment smells cleaner and fresher. When I came home from work yesterday, there was a note on the door from the apartment manager. When my roommate and I renew our lease next month, our rental rate is going up. The place wants to charge more money now that they updated the HVAC units. It’s a bummer for my roommate and I, because we are so close to the end of our lease. Other people have longer leases and they won’t have to pay the increased rates until many months from now. I’m not looking forward to paying the increased rates, but I don’t want to give up the location and look for something else.

The deer didn’t look like they were going to leave the area anytime soon, and my friends and I were getting colder by the minute

I moved to Denver for winter skiing, but I quickly learned Denver has a lot more to offer than ski resorts and winter weather. I had to find a job and an apartment in Denver. Fortunately, it was really easy to find a job. Once I started work, I quickly found someone that let me sleep on their couch for a couple bucks each month. My roommate Jack has introduced me to a lot of different places around Denver. One of my favorite places is the Wildlife Refuge. The Rocky Mountain Arsenal National Wildlife Refuge is close to Commerce City and only a few miles Northeast of Denver. It is a really cool place that is managed by the fish and game service. Inside the refuge you can find deer, prairie dogs, bison, and birds of prey. It’s rare to see a large herd of mule deer, but my friends saw a herd last weekend when we were hiking in the r efuge. It was very cold outside and uncommon to see so many deer in one place. I was ready to go back to the car and sit in the heat, but I didn’t want to leave after I saw the herd of deer. My friends and I watched them for an hour before we decided to head back to the car. The deer didn’t look like they were going to leave the area anytime soon, and my friends and I were getting colder by the minute. The temperatures were starting to drop as the sun was setting behind the mountain. We ran the heat all the way back to our apartment.

Shortly after my wife and I moved to Denver, we had to contact an HVAC company.

It was a warm and sunny summer day, and I couldn’t get the air conditioner to work.

The stipulations on our rental agreement state that we are responsible for all repairs on the heating and air-conditioning systems. I didn’t want to waste any time on that warm and sunny day, so I started looking for a Denver HVAC business. I found a lot of people listed online, but only a handful of businesses had good reviews. An electrical part wasn’t getting any spark and needed to be replaced. As soon as the AC part was changed, the machine started working again. I thought we were going to have a major problem on our hands, but everything turned out pretty good in the end. I will call them in the future, if I have any other issues.

I have lived in Colorado all of my life.

I lived in Boulder until I was ten, and then my mom and dad got a divorce.

My dad moved about 2 hours away from Denver, and my mom and I moved to a suburb outside of the city called Littleton. I lived in Littleton for 20 years. I attended elementary, middle, and high school in the Denver suburb. After I graduated from high school, I went to a university in Denver. My mom wanted me to finish college and move back home, but I thought Denver was a much better place to live and work. My mom was disappointed, but she understood why I wanted to stay in the city. I found a great job working in an office and the starting salary was $75,000 a year. I also found an apartment and one of my college roommates and I share the place for a reasonable rental fee. We live about three blocks away from the aquarium. I like to visit the aquarium when I have a day away from work. The place is always busy on the weekends, but Tuesdays and Wednesdays are a great time to visit. After a recreational Cannabis joint, the aquarium can be a fun and relaxing place to visit. My classes in elementary university took field trips to both space stations plus I was amazed looking at the rockets plus space shuttles. Despite the perks, Cocoa is absolutely tepid in the summer. I can only survive in 100 degree weather if I have a fantastic cooling system running at all times. I can’t spend all of my afternoons out at Cocoa Beach even if I had the place to myself. The two of us found a fantastic Heating plus A/C supplier in Cocoa West for our initial cooling system upgrade plus the two of us have been using this corporation since. It was good having the opportunity to buy an annual Heating plus A/C maintenance contract at a reduced rate because of my new-client status with the business.
