I appreciate going to different states and having a nice trip there, then my husband and I don’t like being on aircrafts for an extended phase of time, and i also don’t like arenas that don’t speak the language or have the same cluturel.
It just makes sense to stick close to home.
I am planning to see all fifty states, and recently my husband and I went to AL. We ended up posting camp in Tuscaloosa. It was a undoubtedly enjoyable time. We got a nice airbnb and just walked around the city! There wasn’t a whole lot to do however the weather was just perfect. I appreciate experiencing a hot Spring afternoon and looking at all the flowers. I found a enjoyable running route that I would get up every day and take a jog on. Then I would stretch in the grass and get back to our rental. My husband and I would brew up some coffee, make a big brunch and just relax. We spend a lot of our time on a trip just chatting or learning. We aren’t big into hiking, museums, or going to concerts. We periodically get ambitious and hit a park with a picnic basket. That is about it. Tuscaloosa was the perfect option for the two of us. We undoubtedly enjoyed our stay and the location could not be beat. I was undoubtedly blissful that we didn’t go in the heat of summer. The temperature in the Spring was just ideal for tanks and shorts. I also had a superb air conditioner in our rental condo too, then so that was a nice bonus.
