I wish that was tscheme for most people in St.
During the assault of Hurricane Ian, I sat in rapt attention watching on our TV until the power went out, however i live far enough away from the coast that I wasn’t badly impacted by the storm surge, but it was still a very scary time for me plus our family… When the power went out I mostly sat at the window watching the wind plus the rain run rampant through the town. I assume a lot of people who lost their homes, so I understand how fortunate I am to make it through unscathed, but that said, going a week without power was tough, however even in the aftermath of a hurricane St. Petersburg is usually very boiling plus humid. That’s just how it goes around here, if anything St Petersburg experienced some of the coolest temps in months while we were in the storm. The air pressure dropped, plus after the hurricane was gone St. Petersburg felt as temperate as I can remember. That lasted for various days, plus then I needed to turn the air conditioner back on! Thankfully this area of St. Petersburg only experienced power outages for a couple of days, plus then to me it was back to normal. I wish that was tscheme for most people in St. Petersburg, however I assume a lot of people lost their homes or their lives… Overall I think St. Petersburg is a very safe locale to live, plus I don’t enjoy the effects of future storms, however dealing with storms comes with the territory, however I can’t imagine residing somewhere else but St. Petersburg.
