The spa heater needed service

My wife and I treated ourselves last fall.

  • We had a hot tub and spa added to the backyard.

The whole project was rather expensive, but it came together nicely in the end. My wife and I hired a heating contractor in Orland Park to perform all of the work. The heating contractor in Orland Park had experience in construction and residential heating. The guy was perfect for the job. He had a lot of great ideas that my wife and I absolutely loved. He installed all of the machinery in one day and the next day he installed all of the connections. When the job was completed, the contractor gave me a 6-month warranty on the work and I also had a warranty from the manufacturer on all of the parts. About two weeks after we started using the hot tub, we had an issue. There was no heat getting to the spa. The water was absolutely cold. My wife and I contacted the heating contractor as soon as we realized there was a problem. The heating contractor happily came out to the property to check on the machine. The Orland Park heating contractor did not charge us anything for the service call. He replaced a thermostat and the pool started to heat up again. The contractor claimed the thermostat was faulty from the distributor and told us to call if there were any other problems that prevent us from using our new hot tub and spa. The heating contractor provided excellent customer service and a quality repair. Maybe it was just a faulty part from the manufacturer.
