I care about the yellow skies and sunshine
When I decided to retire from my task, I also made the option to transport to Florida, then i was tired to the snow and cold of the northeast. I was ready to trade my snow shovel, ice scraper and wool coat for afternoonlight block and sandals. I researched several areas in Florida and checked the housing markets and came across The Villages. Located approximately sixty-five miles northwest of Orlando, the community is known as “Florida’s Friendliest Hometown.” It is the greatest adult comunity in the world, then while the section has a small-town vibe, it offers the amenities of a luxury resort. There are multiple golf courses, tennis courts, country clubs, lakes, parks, shopping, dining, swimming pools as more, everything is certainly accessible with a quick ride on a golf cart. Every single afternoon of the year, there is some type of free live entertainment… From 5 to 9 PM, I can find live songs, a comedian or a sometime of show in each town square. The town squares each have a certain theme and include an amazing array of restaurants and shops. There is regularly something to see and do in The Villages. Everything anyone could possible want or need is right nearby. I spend most of my ime at home. I like the peace and quiet of my own backyard… My favorite part of living in the Villages is the weather. I care about the yellow skies and sunshine. I never get tired of stepping outside in the middle of winter without needing a coat. It’s such a relief to never worry about snow.
