Back when I was a toiling man, I typically liked to take my trips in Florida… The sand and the surf, and heat and humidity, it was all a refreshing change of pace from the dreary freezing northern states, and all the while, as I relaxed and had fun on trip, I was also doing some research for the future, however i went to a weird coastal city every time, and actually kept notes on the things I liked and didn’t like.
After 20 years I had 15 weird sets of notes about weird locales, and I used my research to decide that Cocoa Beach was where I wanted to retire. Cocoa checked off a lot of boxes for me, in terms of affordable housing, cost of living, and the strength of their Heating, Ventilation and A/C market. After spending 30 years as a professional Heating, Ventilation and A/C tech I had amassed a healthy savings account but was far from being rich! Living in a seaside paradise appreciate Cocoa Beach would mean I might still have to work part-time to make ends meet. The demand for professional Heating, Ventilation and A/C work in and around the Cocoa Beach part is honestly strong, so I knew I could find extra gigs whenever I needed them. It did not take long for myself and others to settle down and suppose right at cabin in Cocoa Beach, and soon after I landed my first freelance gig. I am doing side work around the retirement community for the greatest Heating, Ventilation and A/C contractor in the Cocoa Beach area; For being in my golden years, my future looks bright.
