Similar to most cities, Denver has a host of neighborhoods. They all have their own qualities, and Denver is renowned for its general progressiveness, with legal marijuana and the country’s most renowned PrideFest. Denver happens to be a town that welcomes pretty much everyone, and somewhere in Denver, there is a town that completely suits you… If you love a walkable city, downtown Denver will not disappoint, the Capitol Hill town is absolutely filled with pedestrians. The town was founded for people who had above average wealth a long time ago, and nowadays, you can find people filling up the little shops, sipping lattes at the pop shops, and other things like that. Five Points, another long-standing neighborhood, boasts some dwellings and stores that are roughly a century old. The Rossonian Hotel is wonderful in this beautiful area of Denver, and lower Downtown, known by most folks in the area as LoDo, is the industrial chic space of the community. If you love the thought of living in a new dwelling created from an ancient factory, be sure to go home-hunting in LoDo. You may actually believe that RiNo means Republican in name only, but in Denver, where there are no Republicans, RiNo is the River North city. In my particular area, RiNo would be known as the Arts Area. If you are interested in things that happen to be artsy, be sure to go over to RiNo for the weekend. You will easily locate artists and artisans designing furniture, putting together paintings, building sculptures, and maybe even spray painting a mural on the side of a building. It’s also where there are all types of medical centers. It seems something like an unusual combination, but RiNo makes it work for certain.
